Accuracy
Corrections
A clear route for reporting and correcting factual errors.
Report a correction
If you find an inaccurate card term, broken source, calculation concern, or other factual error, submit it through our Support page using the Card Data Correction category. You may also email [email protected].
Please include the affected URL, the statement or value at issue, and a first-party source when one is available. Do not send account numbers, card numbers, or other sensitive financial information.
How reports are reviewed
We compare the report with issuer materials or other authoritative evidence and check whether the issue also affects card data, comparison pages, guides, or optimizer behavior. A report is not treated as verified until the supporting evidence has been reviewed.
How corrections appear
We correct confirmed inaccuracies at their source. When an error materially changes an article’s analysis or conclusion, the article should carry a visible correction note explaining the substantive change. Minor spelling, formatting, and clarity edits may be fixed without a separate note when they do not alter meaning.
Changing card terms
A term that was accurate on its stated verification date may later change. We treat that as an update rather than evidence that the original report was inaccurate, while still updating affected current-data surfaces after verification. Always confirm the offer and governing terms with the issuer before applying.
